Regarding Review and Approval of General Arrangement Drawing of Box culvert to be constructed
at Ch. 0+073.

Dear Sir,
With reference to the letters mentioned above, you have submitted General Arrangement Drawing of
Box culvert to be constructed at Ch. 0+073 for our review and approval. The Submitted Design & Drawing
has been reviewed in conformity with scope of project and as per codal provisions. The Drawing are found
as per order and specification. Hence submitted drawing is accord for approval. The approved drawings are
mentioned below.

Thus, for the issuance of Good for Construction Drawings (GFC) you are required to submit 4 sets (hardcopy) to
the AE.
It is worthy to mention here that any review, recommendation, consent, observation, inspection of
Construction works or maintenance of Project highway or approval by the Authority Engineer on any
documents or drawings submitted by the Concessionaire shall not relieve the Concessionaire from its
Contractual obligations, duties and liabilities under applicable laws and applicable permits in pursuant to
provisions of Concession Agreement.
