ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• To control the shop floor component rejection and to control the quality of components as per
customer requirement.
• Layout inspection as per final drawing accordingly customer requirement.
• Responsible for set-up approval.
• Regular inspection of machined component as per process sheet .
• Develop the suitable inspection methods for different type models and provide training to
subordinates.
• Inspection of new developed parts and maintain their documentation.
• Responsible for process quality.
• Parts inspection in process, maintain documents of FPA and in process check sheet.
