Accomplishment Report (Individual) “Commitment vs Actual”

Commitment

• As an outsourcing department member I am committed to provide the raw materials and also the
indirect inputs from the public market.

• As an outsourcing department member I am committed to be transparent to the cash that is given to

me to buy something that is needed for production.

• As an outsourcing department I am committed to be on standby whenever the processing department

needs something.

• As a Marketing department member I am assigned to give flyers and introduce the product.

• As a Marketing department member I need to convince the target market (poblacion) to buy our
product.

Actual

• I can say that I fulfill my commitment because I am able to provide the raw materials and indirect
inputs to the processing department.

• When it comes to buying raw materials and indirect inputs I can say that I am transparent because I
always have a receipt for what I buy whether it is official or not.

• When I am being called by our head even though it is not my schedule to standby in the laboratory
and I also help in the processing department. I also take duty whenever there is a product to sell and
they need help.

• When I am assigned to house to house in the marketing whenever there is flyers need to be
distributed we always distribute it.

• I didn't convince any costumer because I am lacked of talent in communication.
