I.INTRODUCTION
Mother Tongue Based is a tool subject when one understand and learn the skills in
communication,He/she will learn and understand other subjects. So,teaching Mother Tongue Based
subject requires time, health, mind and body and a good stimuli.

Life of a teacher is bounded by his/her duties and responsibilities. It is either under written
memorandum and or within the initiative of the teacher to perform.I believe being a teacher is
impossible without any objectives patterned from any philosophical idealism. To measure the
effectiveness and efficiency as well as the competence of a teacher is to understand his own personal
and professional beliefs, routines, practices and by evaluating his products, the learners and their life
after supervision

Every teacher should have a rich knowledge and information of new ways, techniques and

accomplishment report, the fruits of his/her labor.
