From Passive to Pro: Building Career-Ready

Students with Careerbolt

Low-Prep. Product Management

Careerbolt aims to establish a student-driven community
model wherein volunteers establish university chapters,
supported by founders who offer mentorship and
resources. Despite piloting this approach with workshops
and WhatsApp groups, the current level of engagement
remains low. Students passively consume information
rather than actively participating in case studies,
interview preparation, or seeking mentorship
opportunities.

Therefore, Careerbolt requires a new strategy to foster

active engagement among students, particularly during
critical stages like interviews. This may require rethinking
how we deliver content and ignite participation. We are
open to exploring entirely new directions to achieve our
vision effectively.
