Fixturlaser Alignment Technology
The express alignment systems from Fixturlaser consist of a wide range of technical features as
standard, such as CCD technology, line laser, large detector surfaces (30 mm), and pre-mounted
fixtures. These features give you one of the most capable, user friendly laser based alignment
system on the market.
Fixturlaser AT-200 measuring units use CCD technology and line laser for maximum speed and
highest quality of measurement results. This new technology always provides an exact
measurement result, regardless of where the laser beam strikes the detector. When the last
measurements in the sequence are registered, the system gives the user continuously updated
information on the alignment status – True Positioning Sensing. All these features combined make
an extremely capable alignment tool of the Fixturlaser AT-200, which virtually excludes the need for
the time-consuming task of rough alignment.

Animated screen pictures give fast results

During the entire alignment process, all information is clearly shown on a” large screen. The intuitive
user interface on the screen contributes to the user friendly operation which guides the user through
the whole process. Large illustrations, icons and numbers make it very easy to understand and
interpret the results. It is very easy to start using the Fixturlaser AT200 and there are no
requirements for special competence to perform a professional shaft alignment job even if the
operator does not use the system every day.
