1. Immigration Stress
Millions of immigrants came to States in search of better life and opportunities, out of
all the immigrants there are considerable undocumented immigrants are facing mental
challenges and going through traumas like, Financial issues, sense of failure, fear of
getting deported etc.

2. Affordability of Health care

Several surveys across the country, concludes that affordability of health care. The
problem of affordability is basically problem of cost. In the New york times/ Kaiser
family foundation study it was concluded that over half of all Americans are without
health insurance, and 20 percent of Americans with health insurance, face issues dealing
with medical debt.

3. Impact of Social media on Youth

In the digital era, on a click on single button anyone can get connected to any person
across the globe via social media. However, multiple surveys and studies have proven
there is a strong link between social media and an increased risk of depression, anxiety,
disruption in sleep, distraction, Self-harm, loneliness and even suicidal thoughts.

4. Supply chain challenges in Automotive industry

The Automotive manufacturing are dependent of tier-I and tier II suppliers, for the
several components that are going to be part of the manufactured vehicles. In past
couple of year due to pandemic and other factors, the Automotive OEMs are facing
supply chain challenges like, lack of visibility, Quality control impact, sustainability.
