MEMORANDOM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)

FOR COFFEE FARM TAKEOVER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I SHOSI MARI S. LARIDO of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Purok Atis
Barangay Mabugnao, Maragusan, Davao de Oro a recipient of Coffee Cares program of
Maragusan Multipurpose Cooperative (MAMPCO), hereby bind myselp to comply the
following conditions.
1. That my Coffee farm with an area of 30,000 sq. mtrs. located at Bgy. Mabugnao
Maragusan, Davao de Oro with land Title Number Forestal Land will be managed by
MAMPCO within Three (3) years and renewable.
2. That I will authorize MAMPCO to finance my Coffee farm in terms of all labor
operations and inputs pertaining to Coffee production.
3. That the profit sharing scheme will be 40:60 or 40% landowner 60% MAMPCO
management, wherein 60% gross in coffee fresh beans share will be remitted to
MAMPCO which will served as production cost charge.
4. That this management take over scheme only cover to coffee plants excluding other
plants of the farm.
5. That the coffee farmer has the full responsibility for the security of the Coffee
plantation from thieves or other form of Coffee harassment.
6. That this MOU will take effect this 6th day of October 2022 until 6th day of October
2025.
7. That this agreement made between me and MAMPCO with all my knowledge and
free will.

IN WITNESS WHEEOF, I have hereunto set fort my hands this _6th day of October 2022
at Maragusan, Davao de Oro.

Barangay Poblacion, Maragusan, Davao de Oro a recipient of Coffee Cares program of
Maragusan Multipurpose Cooperative (MAMPCO), hereby bind myself to comply the
following conditions.

1. That my Coffee farm with an area of sq. mtrs. located at Bgy.

Mabugnao Maragusan, Davao de Oro with land Title Number Forestal Land will be
managed by MAMPCO within Five (5) years and renewable.
2. That I will authorize MAMPCO to finance my Coffee farm in terms of all labor
operations and inputs pertaining to Coffee production.
3. That the profit sharing scheme will be 25:75 or 25% landowner 75% MAMPCO
management, wherein 75% gross in coffee fresh beans share will be remitted to
MAMPCO which will served as production cost charge.
4. That this management take over scheme only cover to coffee plants excluding other
plants of the farm.
5. That the coffee farmer has the full responsibility for the security of the Coffee
plantation from thieves or other form of Coffee harassment.
6. That this MOU will take effect this day of 2023 until
day of 202 .
7. That this agreement made between me and MAMPCO with all my knowledge and
free will.
