Dear Mr. Aditya Mahesh Deshmukh,

With reference to the campus interview recruitment process, we are pleased to inform you that you have been
offered an employment with us as Trainee Software Engineer in our Company. You are requested to join us by 1st
June 2022 (the exact joining date will be intimated after the completion of your exams) on the following terms and
conditions.

1. Your emolument by way of Annual Cost to the Company (CTC) is Rs. 6,18,000 (Rupees Six Lakhs Eighteen
Thousand Only) including a variable salary of Rs. 61,800 (Rupees Sixty One Thousand Eight Hundred Only).
The variable salary will be paid based on your performance as evaluated by your reporting manager in
accordance with the company policy. There is an initial Probation period of Six months. On completion of Six
months, your performance will be evaluated and you will be confirmed as a permanent employee in
accordance to the evaluation by your reporting manager. Your current salary break-up is provided as per
Annexure-1.

2. Your Employment location is Pune city and address is as follows Lenze - Software Development Centre,
Sai Radhe Complex, Unit 504, 5th floor, Raja Bahadur Mill Rd, Sangam wadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411001.

3. Benefits – As an employee you will be eligible for our benefits program that includes medical insurance of Rs.
3,00,000 for you and your family apart from the Personal Accident Insurance as per company policy. The
benefits will be described in more detail in the orientation.

4. You are eligible for 8 days Paid Leaves in this probation period of Six Months apart from Festival Holidays as
declared by our Pune Office.

5. Your employment is subject to you passing your Bachelor’s of Engineering. In case you are unable to secure
your Bachelor’s degree, management reserves the right to revoke your employment with immediate effect
without any further notice.
