The problem of limited payment flexibility, inefficient cash handling, and a dated fare collection
system is a significant challenge for BATRASCO, a cooperative managed by experienced land transport
officers. Recognizing these issues is the first step towards finding a solution, and it's commendable that
our team has identified them by conducting an interview to both commuters and operators. These
problems likely result in operational inefficiencies, customer dissatisfaction, and revenue loss,
highlighting the urgency of finding a solution.

The proposed solution of developing a basic RFID and dashboard system is a promising approach.
RFID technology offers fast and contactless payment options, improving efficiency and customer
experience. Implementing a dashboard system will provide real-time insights into fare collection, enabling
better monitoring and management of transactions. Conducting usability testing and real-world trials is
crucial to ensure that the system meets the specific needs of both passengers and drivers.
Iterating based on feedback is a key aspect of the solution development process. It demonstrates a
commitment to continuous improvement and responsiveness to stakeholder input. By incorporating
feedback from users, our team can refine the system to address any issues or pain points that arise during
testing and trials. This iterative approach enhances the likelihood of success and user adoption.

However, it's important for pur team to consider potential challenges and obstacles that may arise during
implementation. These could include technical complexities, regulatory requirements, resistance from
stakeholders, and financial constraints. Developing a comprehensive plan to address these challenges will
be essential for the successful deployment of the RFID and dashboard system.

Overall, our team's approach to problem-solving and solution development shows promise. By
addressing the identified problems with a targeted and iterative approach, we are taking proactive steps
towards improving payment flexibility, cash handling efficiency, and fare collection processes for
BATRASCO.
