This error was caused by the service not running. windows key+R -> services.msc, Enable Autodesk
Desktop Licensing Service (set to automatic)

For those who are getting error 1603 when installing Autodesk 2022 version products, Please remove all
the files from previous installs and install Autodesk licensing service 11.1 separately should fix the issue.
If it works let me know in the comments so others will also try the same. Link to Autodesk Licensing
Service 11.1: https://download.autodesk.com/us/support/files/autodesk-licensing-service-
update/win/adsklicensinginstaller-win-11.1.0.5629.zip. Additional Information: Use the "Microsoft Fix it"
tool and remove all the files from previous installs. Because sometimes the control panel will not show
you the files from previous installs. And, then in the Registry Editor, locate and delete the following
subkeys if you want to remove all the Autodesk products if not select the respective product: -
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Autodesk Then, use the
"Browser download" method to install: https://youtu.be/qIxfBZSArzQ For more details:

ohmygaddd been trying to install my cad since yesterdat, and it keeps saying installation incomplete.
some products failed to install. and then i followed the steps in this video and now its finally installed!!!!
