Prayer of unity
"-We give thanks to our
-foresters for supplying the wood to build our town
-hunters for the leathers we wear & furs that keep us warm
-miners for the iron & stone that stregthens our defenses
-farmers for feeding our families
-merchants who find goods we need and trade away our excess
-soldiers who shed blood in our place to keep us safe
-friends, families, and neighbors, for making this community one worth being thankful for. "

Reading from scripture (Vernon)

"God will not involve you in evil.
In so carrying out the will of God, no act of evil can be successfully committed, being then a
contradiction in terms.
To know the Will of God, then, is fundamental to all deeds.
Devote yourself to His Voice and His Word, thereby devoting yourself to Goodness.
Devote yourself to His study, His grace.
Feel His weight upon your brow and His scorn in your heart.
Every man is given the ear to hear His voice - though not the wisdom to know the Word He speaks in it."
-COVENANTS 4:1-7

Sermon
-Met with Cold Hands Skald
-Spoke of their Gods & the terrible things they demand
-Spoke of witches and the frightning power they wield
-What if we killed them all? Then there would be nothing to protect us from you
-Why is our God any different?
-I faltered
-I again mentioned the sacrifices they demand, he pointed out our god demands too
-Cold Hands have been wiped out
-But now I have an answer; "God will not involve you in evil."
-No evil act is the will of God. No goal should require evil to achieve.
-Any that must; goes against his will.
-Stop and think; can I achieve this without resorting to wickedness?
-If not; then know that it is the will of God that you refrain
-When you are asked that question, remember: "Our God never asks us to commit evil."
Consecration of Water
“When Benalus was forced into exile, they say he cried for our sins. He cried not from the pain or the
injustice of his banishment, but for the fate of man. His tears cut clean lines across his soot covered face
and when the Centurion, Benedictus, saw Benalus, he began to weep as well.”
