Neurological
Severe headache
Confusion
Vertigo
Tunnel vision
Loss of consciousness

Gastrointestinal
Nausea
Vomiting
Abdominal cramps
Diarrhoea

Cardiovascular
Early signs may include tachycardia
Clamminess
Prolonged capillary refill time (CRFT) Progressing to hypotensive shock
Bradycardia
ST segment elevation, particulary in those with existing heart disease, and cardiac arrest.

Respiratory
Lower airway Upper airway
Wheezing, Cough, Chest tightness Rhinorrhoea , Sneezing
Hoarseness Dysphagia , Dyspnoea
Increased respiratory rate and effort Stridor
Cyanosis and respiratory arrest Respiratory arrest
