IV. OBJECTIVES
1. Promote women empowerment.
2. Inspire youths to step outside their comfort zones.
3. Unleash talents and encourage self-expression.
5. Provide entertainment during the Bantayan Festival.

V. RATIONALE

Guimbal celebrates the Bnatayan Festival annually every month of April to

commemorate the bravery of Guimbalanon forefathers. In line with this, the SK
federation will host the Anyag kang Bantayan 2024 participated by candidates from
different tribes in the municipality on April 3, 2024. The Poblacion Baybay Line selected
the candidate from the barangay as a representative to the said beauty pageant that
embodies confidence, intelligence, and personality that can inspire the youth of the
municipality to be bearers of cultural awareness and protection.
