General Report of visual check of Launcher, LG-5, Make : NDF-SNM, 6th & 7th March 2024
between Pier nos. 1503 and 1504, Dorli, Meerut, UP.

Y-/e have VISUALLY checked the launcher as below :

All installed truss members and their weldments found OK.

FRONT SOPPORT (LEG 1) - All welds found OK .

FRONT MIDDLE SUPPORT (LEG 2) - All welds found OK.

REAR MIDDLE SUPPORT (LEG 3)- All welds found OK.

REAR SUPPORT (LEG 4)-AII welds found OK.

LIT rails and weldings found OK.

All installed hydraulic jacks, stools, power packs, lifter, mac alloy bars and nuts found OK.

Hoist found OK.

All related MTCs are in the possesion of the owners, M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

The above is a report based on visual checking and cannot be taken as an instruction for safe working of
the Launcher. Safe working of the launcher is in the hands of the contractor's crew and in them following
correct and safe use instructions of the manufacturer particularly during auto launching and other

movements of the launcher, maintaing timely all components of the launcher, not working in inclemental
weather and following all recommended do's and donts.
