SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION LETTER FOR MZ GOLD SDN BHD

Dear TikTok Shop Legal Team,

I am writing to provide official authorization for MZ Gold Sdn Bhd to represent and sell products on
the TikTok Shop platform. MZ Gold Sdn Bhd is the authorized distributor/brand owner for the products
listed under our brand.

This authorization letter confirms that Nur Akmal bin Ahmad Tajuddin is a legitimate and authorized
representative of our brand, and we grant them permission to use our brand name and trademarks
for the purpose of selling products on TikTok Shop.

Please ensure that the following criteria are met:

The authorized company name displayed on the documentation (including the TikTok Shop account
information) matches the registered legal entity name of MZ Gold Sdn Bhd.

This authorization letter is considered valid on 17 March 2024 and any termination will be
communicated to TikTok Shop promptly.

We trust that TikTok Shop will diligently verify the authenticity of MZ Gold Sdn Bhd as our authorized
representative. Any changes to the authorization status or termination of this agreement will be
promptly communicated to TikTok Shop.
