We are writing this letter to formally express our agreement to the non-selling of alcohol
and cigarettes within our establishment 7-Eleven (Brgy Población, Anao, Tarlac). We,
Philippine Seven Corporation, agreeing in your strong policy against selling alcoholic
beverages and tobacco products within 200 meters from School and Church.

It is imperative that all employees, representatives, and agents strictly adhere to and respect
this policy. We will ensure that our employees and associates are aware of this policy and
strictly follow it, both directly or indirectly related to our establishment. We would like to
emphasize that the success of our establishment depends largely on the strict adherence by
all parties to this policy. Failure to comply with this policy could put our future contract
with our establishment at risk.

Please confirm your understanding of our agreement by responding to this letter by letting
us to process Building permit. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not
