CALL TO ORDER:
The session was called to order by the Presiding Officer Hon. Lyndon Duane Q. Bihis at
4 PM

ROLL CALL:
On motion of SK Councilor Hon. Kent Steven L. Ramos, roll call was dispensed with
and the Presiding Officer declared a quorum.

FIRST READING AND REFERRAL OF PROPOSED MEASURES AND

COMMUNICATION:
None

BUSINESS OF THE DAY:

The agenda (Proposed Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program and
proposed SK Annual Budget for the FY 2024 were brought to the floor for final
deliberation and approval of the body.

Upon motion of Hon. Michael M. Bron and duly seconded by Hon. Kent Steven L.
Ramos, Resolution No. S.2024-002; RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL
BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP) of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Bihis, for the FY 2024, was passed and approved.
Upon motion of Hon. Michael M. Bron and duly seconded by Hon. Kent Steven L.
Ramos, Resolution No.2024-002; RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN ANNUAL BUDGET (SKAB) of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay
Bihis, for the FY 2024, was passed and approved.

ADJOURNMENT:
Since there were no other matters to be discussed or to be taken up, the session was
adjourned at exactly 6 PM on motion of Presiding Officer Hon. Lyndon Duane Q. Bihis
and duly seconded by Hon. Kent Seven L. Ramos.
