NOTICE TO CANDIDATE
1 You must be on time for all examinations.
2 Reporting time: Half an hour prior to actual paper timing with your ID Card.
You will be refrained from entering the examination venue, if not on time.
3 You must be in complete college uniform.
4 You should carry all the material required for the examination including pencils, eraser,
scale and geometrical instruments in a transparent pouch only, along with a
transparent writing pad.
5 Pens, with erasable ink (any brand), are not permitted e.g. Frixion pens made by Pilot
company.
6 You will not be permitted to appear for science practical examination without a lab coat,
napkin, calculators & required stationery.
7 Use a soft HB pencil for answering the multiple choice answer paper.
8 Calculators should only be of the required specifications as per the guidelines of The
University of Cambridge International Examinations.
9 Calculator covers should not be carried to the examination venue.
10 You must not become involved in any unfair or dishonest practice before, during or after
the examination.
11 Possession of unauthorised material is breaking the rules, even if you decide, not to use
it. If found in possession of unauthorised material you are liable to penalty and possible
disqualification.
12 You will not be allowed to borrow anything from anyone in the examination venue.
13 You must not have in your possession any unauthorised :
• material, including electronic devices, SMART WATCHES and mobile phones;
• equipment which might give you an unfair advantage.
14 You will not be given any reading time.
15 You must not talk to, attempt to communicate with or disturb other candidates once you
have entered the examination venue.
16 You must follow the instructions of the invigilator.
17 If you are in any doubt, speak to the invigilator.
18 Religious symbols are not to be written on the answer booklet.
19 You will not be allowed to leave the block till all the papers are collected & accounted for.

20 You must, when leaving the examination venue, leave behind the question paper, your
answer book or answer paper, rough work and any other (used or unused) materials.
