are doing great. I’m Seshadri Ayengar, from Mumbai, India, a 16+ years seasoned Graphics
Lead, Senior Design Architect & Visual Director, Independent Designing Consultant, Mentor
and Trainer to Designing Professional.
I’m thrilled to announce that I’m looking for two major objectives from this current month
onwards:

1) I’m looking for an opportunity to work as a Lead Graphics Designer a.k.a Graphics
Lead / Lead Design Architect to work hand-in-hand in innovative projects, creating
impressive impact on clientele and target audience.

2) I’ also in search of valuable clients with whom I can collaborate as a Visual and
Graphics Design Consultant. I’m serving in the design #consultation domain for more
than 10+ years, creating ROI-focused visual solutions, by uniquely tailoring
contemporary designs and frameworks (including 3D visualization) for small to large
scale businesses for their products and services.

Business consultation from the graphics and design standpoint requires a

comprehensive approach, which is pretty much challenging. And here’s how I take the
charge:

Project implementation follows as per discussed in the Business Proposal (Work

Goals, Project Scope, Project Objectives, Deliverables and Process, Pricing and
Payment Terms)

My work ethics predominately include a thorough

Market analysis:
 understanding the business and the brand objectives from both the company
and its consumer’s viewpoint,
 SWOT Analysis of the business/services/project/campaign
 study the demographics for the project / campaign and deep diving into the
brand positioning.
 Understanding the design, brand color schemes, LOGO, typography, font
styles, UI/UX, architecture that needs to be implemented, replaced, reworked
or aligned with the brand message

Followed by Strategy:
Which includes further ideation of the design, strategic placement, it’s aesthetics, intelligent
ideas to support the design objective

Then comes my Technical expertise:

where it all starts with a  detailed round-table discussion with client(s) and  understanding
their visual objectives; followed by linear workflow of  design brief,  conceptualization, 
sketches,  layouts, revamping of final outputs  thereby heading towards final launch.
