Please excuse my son, C/Pvt DEXTER MARK NONSOL 4CL for he will not be able to
attend 10th Sunday Training this 4th of 14 April, 2024 due to
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my unavoidable absence
from the upcoming dance participation event. As a Sangguniang Kabataan (SK)
Kagawad, I have a duty to fulfill certain obligations to the community, which coincide
with the scheduled event.
While I would love to be present and contribute to the success of the dance
performance, my responsibilities as an SK Kagawad require my immediate attention
and presence elsewhere.
Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience my absence may cause. I
assure you that I will make every effort to ensure that my duties are fulfilled promptly,
and I am committed to supporting the dance team in any way I can leading up to the
event.
