महेश इन्द सिंह 4 साल व लडकी त्रिलोचन कौर 9 साल के साथ अपने मायके S-1/182, Ga11 No.1, 0ld
Mahavir Nagar Fak Nagar आयी हुई थी जो समय करीब 7.30 बजे शाम मेरी लड़की त्रिलोचन कोर पास
में ही देवेन्द्र किरयाने वाले की दुकान जो WZ-216, Krishna Park Tilak Nagar पर चाकलेट लेने
गई थी जो थोड़ी देर बाद रोती हुई घबराई हालत में टोडते हुए घर वापिस आई सा मैंने उससे भने
का कारण पूछा तो उसने बतालाया कि वह देवेन्द्र की दुकान पर चाकलेट लेने गई थी तो देवेन्द्र
अकल ने उसका टॉप ऊपर छाती तक उठाकर उतारने की को शिशश की तो वह बड़ी मुकिल लश्किसे देवेन्द
रो छुडाकर आयी है और मुझे रोते हुए सारी बात बताई मैने तुरन्त अपने भाई कवलजीत सिंह व
पति को फोन पर बतलाकर जल्दी घर आने को कहा कुछ देर बाद मेरा भाई व मेरे पति घर पर आ गये
तो मैंने उन्हें सारी बाते बताई उसके बाद मेरा भाई व मेरा पति टेवेन्द्र को समझाने व
बातचीत करने उसकी दुकान पर गये तो देवेन्द्र अपनी गलती मानने की बजाये उनके साथ
कहासुनी करने लगा जो मैं उनसे थोड़ी दूर खड़ी यह सब सुन रही थी इसी दौरान आने जाने वाले
लोगों की इकट्टा हो गई और उन्होंने मामले का पता चलने पर उसकी पिटाई करनी शुरू कर दी और
उनमें से कुछ लोग यह कह रहे थे कि यह पहले भी कई बार इस तरह की हरकत के साथ कर चुका है
जो देवेन्द्र ने जबरदस्ती से मेरी बेटी त्रिलोचन कोर की टॉप को छाती तक उठाकर लगा करने की
नीयत से उसकी बेइज्जती की है उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जाये मेरी बेटी के शरीर पर
किसी तरह कोई नि ननशा या चोट नहीं है इसलिए मैं उसका डाक्टरी मुलाहिजा नहीं कराना चाहती व्यान
