Purpose: To Instill to the students the management and organizational theory and principles.

Expected Learning Outcomes of the Course:


By the end of the course unit the learners should be able to:-
i) Develop managerial skills and knowledge necessary for analysis and interpreting managerial issues
ii) Understand the organizational theories and be able to apply to various organizations.
iii) Analyze the business environment and come up with the best organizational structure

Course Content:
Introduction. Organizational theories, types of organisations, Organizational design. Organizational
process, Environment, Planned change strategies, organisational Development, Departmentalisation,
Organisation structure, organisation growth.
