What is new native American Cuisine?

Chefs mix old recipes with new ideas and flavors, making tasty and creative dishes. This type of
cooking also cares for the environment and brings people together to learn and share about
Native American food.

What are the events that lead to the disappearance of native American cuisine?

-Native American cuisine faced a decline in popularity due to a variety of factors over the
centuries. Some of the events that contributed to its disappearance include colonization, forced
assimilation, loss of traditional food sources, and displacement of indigenous communities from
their ancestral lands.
