📌 March 5, 2024 | 3:00 - 4:00 PM

💥 Officers Meeting: On the first day, we will have our meeting. Our adviser has important matters that
need to be discussed regarding our event—and we need your opinions for this event.

📌 March 6, 2024 | 8:00 AM ONWARDS

💥 Preparation: This will be the day of our preparation for the said event—all the items that will be
needed should be bought and prepared within this day.

📌 March 7, 2024 | 8:00 AM ONWARDS

💥 On this day, we will be decorating the venue. All officers should help and contribute effort, and
attendance is a must.

📌 March 8-9, 2024 | 1:00-9:00 PM

💥 Event Proper: All BPA students are required to join this event, and selected officers will be facilitating.
Everyone should enjoy this day.

‼️ Note that all officers should attend and be present for all 6 days, and please be aware that there will be
consequences if you are not present.
