HSE POLICY

In ORDUSOME AND SONS ENTERPRISES, health, environment (HSE) are driven by


our commitment to protect our employees, clients and contractors, the community and
environment. We have a top priority rating for HSE in all our business activities. As a result,
we commit to continually improving our HSE performance by:

 Developing HSE culture through active leadership and ensuring availability of required
resources.

 Ensuring compliance with relevant legislations and our HSE-MS (HSE management
system)

 Continually idenfying, assessing and controlling occupational and environmental health


and safety risks of all our work activities.

 Ensuring all our employees are properly trained, while promoting HSE training and
awareness amongst our clients, contractors and suppliers on HSE issues

 Continually reviewing this policy and our HSE-MS to ensure their relevance,
appropriateness and effectiveness.

 Communicating this policy with ORDUSOME AND SONS ENTERPRISES and


making it available to interested parties.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

ORDUSOME AND SONS ENTERPRISES conducts its businesses with high level of
sensitivity to drugs peddling and its abuse. The abuse of drugs and alcohol impair
performance at work, and can be a serious threat to health and safety and productivity.

ORDUSOME AND SONS ENTERPRISES will ensure that all employees recognize this
threat and aim at countering its effect by eliminating the risks involved in drug and alcohol
abuse. To achieve this, the following policy will apply:

 Employees who are dependent upon alcohol; or drugs are encouraged to seek medical
advice, and to follow appropriate treatment promptly. High level of dependence leads to
termination on the party involved;

 It is strictly prohibited for any employee to be at work whilst impaired by, or not fit for
work as a result of drugs or alcohol consumption; and

 The illicit use, possession, distribution, or sales of illegal drugs on company premises or
location is strictly prohibited.

In pursuing this policy, the company will continue to respect the rights of individuals, and
will minimize intrusion into their private lives. It must be realized that the company as a good
employer, has established “In-house rules” to keep law and order within the enterprise for the
safety of persons, properties and the environment.
