Audio/visual problems:

There won’t be any audio problems due to not needing to record any audio for the music video.

It’s unlikely for there to be many visual disruptions, since we are filming indoors. Things like natural
lighting are likely to change throughout the day so we will be using ring lights to help keep the
lighting the same.

Weather conditions:

Weather conditions won’t affect this shoot due to being indoors.

Continuity:

I’m aiming to film all the scenes at this house in one day. In case we need to come back to re-film
any shots, there is another date for this location on the schedule and I will take pictures of all the
rooms we film in so that I can check nothing has been moved about. We will also be careful not to
move anything that is in shot around unless moving any objects is included in the scene.

Electricity/Lighting issues:

We will be using ring lights which Kayley and I own as well as natural lighting. There will also be
access to electricity in the house.

Set dressing:

For my set dressing, there will be red roses in a vase and two glasses of water which will all be on top
of a dining room table.
Welfare:

There are toilets and tap water at the house for everyone to use. Everyone is welcome to bring their
own food if they want to.

Parking/Public transport to location:

Conor will be driving myself and Kayley to the house. There is a driveway available, as well as street
parking.
