deliver educational content simultaneously and seamlessly through unified communication solutions. Besides its
pioneering on-line and VSAT-enabled courses, this alliance enables Everonn to deliver educational content on mobile
phones, a never-before-seen occurrence in India .

Dialcom's unique software, Spontania, is a collaboration suite with a single, intuitive user interface is highly compatible
with users' existing communication infrastructure and is all set to revolutionize the education industry in India by helping
education providers to reach even the remotest part of the world at a minimal cost. Besides its ability to enable
continued delivery of virtual and on-line courses, Spontania will also facilitate Everonn's distribution of course contents
