1. Wheel and Axle: The basic principle of using wheels to reduce friction and
facilitate movement remains a fundamental concept in modern transportation.
2. Animal Power: Animals such as horses, oxen, and camels were used for
transportation. Today engines that provide mechanical power to move have replaced
the animals.
