I. Company Background

The name of our company is Green Sweets that inspired by the color of
Matcha. Green Sweets is created this year 2024 and a sole
proprietorship type of business. This will be located at Balibago, Balayan
Highway. Having a great location is one of the important things in a business
and we believe this location is expected to be a great and effective location
since there will be only a few competitors that offer the same products. Our
business will be known for Matcha cookies and other beverages. Although
matcha flavor is our main product, Green Sweets will offer a variety of flavors
such as chocolate and peanut butter. The main target customers are Balayan
residence especially students and young professionals. They are best target
customers because students often set trends and influence the market.

The American Psychological Association writes that green can

“positively impact our thinking, our relationships, and our physical health. It is
thought to relieve stress and help heal.” matcha is high in antioxidants,
including catechins, which may help prevent cell damage and lower your risk
of certain diseases. Some studies also suggest that the catechins and
caffeine found in matcha may have a mild benefit in weight loss and
management. We will also promote a sustainable and eco-friendly products.

III. Recommendation
A new business or project is evaluated methodically and thoroughly
using SWOT and PESTLE analyses. The procedure helps decision-makers
become more aware of potential changes, how they might affect their firm,
and how these changes might occur. The strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats are the main topics in a SWOT analysis. By using
the SWOT analysis, you can determine when it's time to develop a new
product and modify the current one. It also helps to take into account all the
variables that can have an impact on your project or company. When you're
not sure of your present approach or when you're dealing with a difficult
problem. If you wish to start a new division of your company, SWOT analysis
can also be used. Understanding the potential hazards that could result from
the shifting elements in the corporate environment can be aided by PESTLE
or PESTEL Analysis. There are numerous uses for PESTLE analysis.
Planning a business strategy, change management, product development,
and marketing. It can also be used in the context of smaller projects. For
instance, an entrepreneur may use a PESTEL analysis when launching a new
product line. PESTLE is only a starting point, with other tools better able to
suggest solutions.

IV. Management Lessons Learned

It's not a good idea to enter the business world by simply thinking of
launching a product when you have an idea for a firm; there are other factors
to consider. There is always a stage in whatever you do; it's not as simple as
thinking of and producing a product that you can sell. It's always necessary to
conduct a background or corporate check in the business world. This step will
be the beginning of everything, and it's very significant because everything will
be covered, including what you'll need to start a firm, hire qualified employees,
tools/machine that will be needed in creating the products and also producing
the items that can attract the consumers to buy. It's crucial to understand a
product's strengths and weaknesses since, in the case of a product's
weakness, one may come up with a better solution to prevent the sale from
being impacted. An essential and tactical tool for entrepreneurs is a business
strategy. In addition to helping entrepreneurs stay focused on the precise
actions required to realise their business ideas, a strong business plan also
enables them to meet both short- and long-term goals.
