The humble Petition on behalf of
Witness namely Dr. Deepak Karn
under section 70(2) of Cr. P. C.;
Most Respectfully Sheweth:-
1. That in the instant case a bailable warrant was issued against
Dr. Deepak Karn for appearance as a witness.
2. That complying with the direction of this Hon’ble Court the
above-named witness appeared and after recording his
deposition he was discharged.
3. That unfortunately the police is carrying the said warrant until
now and harassing the petitioner.
It is, therefore prayed that Your Honour
may graciously be pleased to allow this
petition and order recall and cancellation
of warrant against Dr. Deepak Karn in the
ends of justice.
And for this the petitioner shall ever pray.

AFFIDAVIT
I, Dr Deepak Karn, s/o Dr Hemchandra Lal Karn, aged about
46 years resident of Mohalla—Shanichara Sthan, Brahmpura,
P.S.—Brahmpura, District—Muzaffarpur do hereby solemnly
affirm and state as follows-----
1. That I am the petitioner of this petition and as such am
well acquainted with the facts and circumstances of this
case.
2. That I have read and understood the contents of the
petition attached herewith.
3. That the contents of this affidavit as well as the petition
attached herewith are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
