Every company or business needs an area and a work team that knows how to manage,
organize, direct and control their objectives and projects. Without administration, a
company could not know its profitability, its future and could remain stagnant.
¿How does management influence business?
In essence, management is a discipline that does everything possible to meet the goals of a
company. Therefore, an administrative team is prepared to solve any problem through
specific methodologies and processes such as planning and organization.
To meet its objectives, a company needs an administrative department because it also
handles accounting matters, that is, it analyzes how much money it must spend and what to
invest it in. This department also determines if a company needs a loan to solve needs or if
it has liquidity and is profitable.
Good management can influence the growth of a company!
Continuing with the accounting matters, the administrative area also manages the payment
of taxes, therefore, it is responsible and knows that, if it omits information, it could face a
fine or sanction.

Toda empresa o negocio necesita un área y un equipo de trabajo que sepa administrar,
organizar, dirigir y controlar sus objetivos y proyectos. Sin administración, una empresa no
podría conocer su rentabilidad, su futuro y podría quedarse estancada.
¿Cómo influye la administración en los negocios?
En esencia, la administración es una disciplina que hace todo lo posible por cumplir las
metas de una empresa. Por lo tanto, un equipo administrativo está preparado para resolver
cualquier problema por medio de metodologías y procesos concretos como la planificación
y la organización.
Para cumplir sus objetivos, una empresa necesita un departamento administrativo porque
también maneja asuntos contables, es decir, analiza cuánto dinero debe desembolsar y en
qué invertirlo. Este departamento también determina si una empresa necesita un préstamo
para resolver necesidades o si tiene liquidez y es rentable.
¡Una buena administración puede influir en el crecimiento de una empresa!
Continuando con los asuntos contables, el área administrativa también gestiona el pago de
impuestos, por ende, es responsable y sabe que, de omitir información, podría enfrentar una
multa o una sanción.
En pocas palabras, la administración como disciplina en una empresa es necesaria porque
vigila que todas sus actividades se realicen correctamente. Inclusive, un equipo
administrativo puede auxiliar a otros departamentos como el de Recursos Humanos o
Mercadotecnia, y aconsejarlos sobre qué deben hacer para mejorar sus resultados.
En la actualidad algunos emprendedores y empresarios desconocen cómo influye la
administración en las empresas, por ello, depende de ti demostrar que es un agente muy
importante y necesario.
