Imagine, you have decided to start your first company. Being a frugal founder you have decided not to
engage a lawyer or a Chartered Accountant to help you with the incorporation process - Master’s
Union has ensured that you have all the information required to go about doing this on your own.

Set out the steps that you will follow to incorporate your company. Where possible, substantiate with
evidence (screenshots from the relevant government websites) the implementation of that particular
step. You are also required to draft a basic Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
The Articles of Association should set out the unique set of rules that will govern the operation of
your company.

● Submit a combined PDF with all the mentioned tasks with appropriate headings and
subheadings.
● Add important reference links and pictures (if required).
