Interviews For Selection of Team Members (With Portfolios)
Interviews will be held by Department Heads and their Directors & Assistant Directors as per the following
schedule:
Event Coverage
Attending the interviews is compulsory for selection into teams. If someone cannot attend, they must message
the Director for Human Resource by 1400 hours on Monday, 25/3/2024 so that an on-line interview can be
arranged.
Team Members will be provisionally notified soon after the last interview, after which they will be required to
fill in the team registration form and clear their dues by

DEPARTMENT FOR COVERAGE & MEDIA AFFAIRS
j. Coverage:
i. This team is responsible for the official photography and videography of the event
and pre-event preparation;
k. Information & Technology:
i. This team is responsible for the creation of media posters and videos/transitions/reels
for the event;
ii. This team is responsible for the design of all awards, certificates, digital/printed
décor;
l. Media:
i. This team is responsible for the management of the media pages and other primarily
non-DSLR photography and videography;
m. Publications:
i. This team is responsible for the phrasing of captions for posts and wording of all
media matters, including registration booklets and other public release material apart
from Official Applications and Notifications
