 MY WORST SPORTING
EXPERIENCE

My worst sporting experience was on a sunny morning on February 15 last year at a

tennis tournament. Me and my friends were excited to start playing and winning, since
we had spent days practicing. When I started the game my shots did not go as
expected and I made many unforced errors. My frustration increased and I lost
concentration, time was running out and we had a very low score. My opponent played
flawlessly and quickly defeated us. I felt very disappointed and embarrassed by my
poor performance. I spent days blaming myself for messing up the game because of
my poor throws. But my friends supported me and we decided to continue practicing
every day. It was definitely an experience that made me reflect on my level of
preparation but motivated me to work harder every day on my game.
