Ingredients:

 New Zealand Cheddar Cheese – 4 cups (grated)


 Red Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
 Garlic – 4 tbsp – (finely chopped)
 Chive – 1 tbsp – (finely chopped)
 Pimento – 4 tbsp – (finely chopped)
 Chaldon Beni – 3 tbsp – (finely chopped)
 Brown Sugar – to taste
 Salt – to taste
 Black Pepper – 1 tsp
 Mustard – 1 tbsp
 Mayonnaise – 6 tbsp

Equipment’s Needed:
3 Small Bowls
1 Small Spoon
1 Large Spoon
1 Food Processor
1 Mix Master
1 Fork
1 Bread Knife
Method Of Cooking:
 9:00am – 9:10am – Wear apron and chef hat. Get all equipment’s and
wares that are needed. In a bowl add some water with a little bit of dish
soap, put all wares into the sick and wash them out. We done take a
kitchen towel and dry it off until the wares are shining. Using the finest
side of conventional grater, grate the cheese into a bowl. Mix the
remaining ingredients to your desired taste. Alternatively, place all of
the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until evenly combined. If
it is too thick, add more milk or mayo to achieve a smooth, spreadable
texture.

 9:10am – 9:25am – Divide mixture into three portions and add them into
the blows, add colouring of choice into two blows. Using a butter knife,
spread one portion onto two slices of bread for single layered cheese
sandwich or three or four slices of bread for two or three layers of
cheese respectively.

 9:25am – 9:30am – Trim off edges if desired and cut into triangles before
serving.
