REFLECTION ON HYGIENE AND
SAFETY My aim in terms of cleanliness is to become knowledgeable about correct food preparation and hygiene habits. I gained a lot of knowledge about hygiene, including how important it is to wash your hands before preparing food, take care to keep your fingers and nails clean and well- trimmed, wear head coverings at all times, and prevent cross-contamination. Knowing how to store food properly and that bacteria expands more quickly in warm environments are some of my strengths. On the other hand, remembering to wear a hair cap whenever I'm in the kitchen and keeping track of all the different forms of bacteria are some of my shortcomings. My understanding of hygiene and unsanitary practices has likely improved. The more we practice alone, the more we will learn.
