Reflection

It was my first time making a sponge cake which I thought would

have been very easy but it was being made in the creaming method.
When adding in the butter and sugar together so it can cream it
together, it looked like they weren’t coming in together until the
teacher said that we needed to leave it alone because it takes a lot of
time for it to cream. The room that I was in as making hot so I
wanted to come out of there quickly so everyone was trying to finish
up fast. At the end my group and I presentation well then, we
present it to our teachers.
