current health situation. Since our discussion, I have been making efforts to engage in
activities that I enjoy and maintain a healthy diet as you recommended. However, I am still
experiencing persistent feelings of sadness, lack of interest in daily activities, changes in
appetite, trouble sleeping, irritability, and fluctuations in energy levels. These symptoms
have been impacting my daily life, and I am concerned about their persistence.

I am considering your suggestion of seeking further evaluation and potentially exploring

Dear Doctor Gonzalez.

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Mario Garcia and I am a student enrolled in
the International Logistics program at Politécnico Internacional. I am writing to provide
you with an update on my current health situation following our recent medical
appointment.

After our discussion and your diagnosis of asthma, I have been diligently following your
recommendations. I have been avoiding potential triggers, such as allergens and pollutants,
and have been using my prescribed inhaler as needed. Additionally, I have been monitoring
my symptoms closely and adhering to the asthma action plan provided by you.

I am pleased to report that I have noticed an improvement in my symptoms since our last
appointment. The shortness of breath, chest tightness, and wheezing attacks have
significantly decreased, allowing me to carry out my daily activities with greater ease.
However, I still experience occasional coughing spells, particularly in certain
environments.
