Dear Admission Committee,

My name is Davi Lopes Mota and I am 22 years old International Relations student in my fifth
semester at the Universidade Federal de Sergipe. I am writing you this letter to express my great
interest on joining the 2017/2018 edition of The Walt Disney World Cultural Exchange Program as a
Cast Member. I believe working for such a great dream maker company, worldwide known for its
high costume service standards, will value my academic career with exceptional professional and
personal experiences.

I chose to study IR because I love the perspective of connecting different cultures, countries and
economies in a way to make the world a better place. So, as a future IR professional, my goal is to
make it possible. After my graduation I intend specialize in Market Administration and International
Trade. That been said, I am applying for the Disney International College Program with the main
purpose of getting to know people from different countries and cultures, and learn how to deal with
it and communicate with them, but also be able to understand the principles that takes to create a
successful international company. Additionally, in my career is essential to know how to deal with
unexpected situations, to be dynamic, flexible, proactive, teamwork, communicative and to have a
good oratory. I am also passionate about different cultures and languages. I have studied English for
ten years, French for one and Spanish for four. Therefore I believe that I can put into practice and
improve each and every single aspects with this experience.

Furthermore, my professional experience is based on my work at the Ministério Público do Estado de

Sergipe and Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Sergipe, work as an internship at the Government Legal
Organization, a member of AIESEC as a Volunteer work member of Exchange for NGOs, Federação
Sergipana de Empresa Júnior as Advisor to the President, represent and assist the development of
Junior Companies in Sergipe, Officina Empresa Júnior as Human Resources Director and Advertising
Planning and Comercial LDF as a merchandiser, sales, cash handling, cash register at a family business.
This experiences I've been accumulating throughout the years have made me develop a more
complex sense of organization, entrepreneurial leadership and teamwork. All that past experience is
going to help me to understand and complete more accurately the tasks to be addressed to me as a
Cast Member. Since I'm a flexible and proactive person, I don't have problems with working with
schedules and job assignments.

The Disney’s ideology and the magical way the company treats its cast members were the most
crucial aspects I took in consideration when I decided to apply for the program. I believe my life’s
philosophy matches Disney’s and this kind of bond makes all the difference. As a member of the
Cultural Exchange Program, I'm going to work and do my very best to be make the difference and
be part of the great team and reach our goals, professionally and personally speaking. I'm also going
to provide a happy and lovely environment for the guests, so they can keep Disney within their own
hearts as it's already on mine. I can't wait to become a Cats Member and start to contribute to the
creation of magical moments for each of the Disney's guests.

Having in mind that working as a Cast Member is an unique opportunity for my personal and
professional growth, I'm going to do my best to accomplish all the tasks assigned to this job position.
