MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF

BARANGAY MAHAYAG, PLACER MASBATE HELD AT THE SESSION HALL ON APRIL 7,
2024.

CALL TO ORDER:
The SK regular session was called to order by the Presiding Officer Hon. Roselyn P.
Ancero at 3:00 in the afternoon followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and
an Invocation led by Hon. Darwen D. Desierto.

ROLL CALL AND THE DECLARATION OF QOURUM:

The appointed SK Secretary called the roll and it showed that all were present.
Thereafter, the quorum was declared by the presiding officer.

AGENDA:
An open discussion with regard to the SK budget allocated for the upcoming Barangay
Fiesta and the official uniform for the Barangay Sk Officials.

PROCEEDINGS:
 SK Chairperson Hon. Roselyn P. Ancero explained all the necessary matters regarding
the upcoming Barangay Fiesta. The Chairperson announced that there will be having a
basketball tournament. After presenting all the essential information, she asked all the
council members if there is any queries and clarifications about the said project and all
were agreed.

 Honorable Ancero introduced another proposal which was the uniform of all the SK
officials in Barangay.

 It is seconded by all members present that all the Barangay SK officials should have
their uniform.

OTHER MATTERS:
  SK Council are encouraged to participate in the monthly clean-up drive of the
Barangay Mahayag.

 It is also agreed by all member presents.

After such a meeting, after the other matters taken, Hon. Michael C. Dalaniel moved to
adjourn the meeting duly seconded by Hon. Rubelyn J. Arcenal. The session was adjourned at
exactly 4:30 pm with the closing prayer led by Hon. Aldrin B. Robin.
