The required materials to provide power to the laser cutting CNC machine

according to MET requirements are:

1- Generator 120KVA, 50Hz, 3Ph +N, 400V # 1 Nos.
2- Cable from the generator to the DP: 70X4 sq.mm (length will be determine
after installation).
3- DP with the following items:
a. MCB 63A 3P # 1 Nos.
b. MCCB 16A 3P # 3 Nos.
c. Earth Bar 100 sq.mm.
d. Natural Terminal.
4- Voltage Stabilizer 20KVA 3Ph + N 400V # 1 Nos.
5- Cable from DP to HI Focus 280i: 50X4 sq.mm (length will be determine after
installation).
6- Cable from DP to Plasma Cooling Unit: 2.5X4 sq.mm (length will be determine
after installation).
7- Cable from DP to CNC M/C Satronik LS 3500: 2.5X5 sq.mm (length will be
determine after installation).
8- Cable for earthing 50X1 sq.mm # 50M.
9- Earthing Hole:
a. Hole size 1.5M X 1.5M X 3M # 1.
b. Wood coal and salt.
c. GI Sheet 500mm X 500mm X 10mm # 1 Nos.
d. GI Strip 30mm X 10mm # 2 Nos.
10- Cable trucking:
a. Cable tray 200/50mm # 15M.
b. T Joints for 200mm cable tray # 3 Nos.
c. Bends for 200mm cable tray # 3 Nos.
