I. OBJECTIVES

At the end of the session, the students are expected to:


a. Define what is MSR, locomotor and non-locomotor movements and abdominal breathing.
b. Identify the difference of micronutrients and micronutrients.
c. Perform locomotor and non-locomotor movement.
d. Demonstrate the proper abdominal breathing and identify the muscles involve.
e. Formulate a short aerobic exercise for themselves based on the lesson they have learned.

II. SUBJECT MATTER


Topic: Mobility and Stability
Subtopic: Self-Myofascial Release (MSR) Locomotor and Non-locomotor movement Skills,
Abdominal bracing and Nutrition and food safety
Strategy/ies: Cooperative learning and Active learning

Semester: First Semester
Materials: Laptop, video presentation.

III. LEARNING PROCESS

1. Preliminary Activities
a. Prayer

c. Warm-up exercise video
2. Motivation “Video presentation”
a. The teacher will play a warm-up exercise video

3. Development of the Lesson


A. Activity “Group report”
a. The teacher is going to ask the first group of reporters to prepare themselves for the reporting.
b. Reporters are ask to open their webcam during the presentation of their report.
Report topics:
Group 1 - MS/SMR
Group 2 - PREPARATION CONSIDERATION
Group 3 - LOCOMOTOR
Group 4 - NON- LOCOMOTOR
Group 5 - NUTRIENTS
Group 6 - BASIC HEALTHY LIVING
B. Analysis
a. The teacher is going to ask the following questions:

Group 1: What is the significant of your report?


Group 2: Site examples in preventing physical injuries during and after exercising.
Group 3: How does abdominal bracing help us in having a good posture? and what other
benefits does it entail?
Group 4: How does nutrition play a significant role in exercising?
Group 5: As a student how are you going to promote physical activities among your
family members during this pandemic?

C. Abstraction
The teacher will ask the following questions base on the reports of presenters:
