JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, Police trainee Gemma V. Caballero (SOD) and Chin-Chin J. Camu (SOG) of
Alpha company representing the PSBRC TC 5 Batch 2023-01 Class MABANAAG,
of legal ages, Filipinos, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state that:

The Class MABANAAG is currently undergoing the Public Safety Basic Recruit
Course (PSBRC) Class 2023-01 at the Regional Training Center 5 (RTC5)
Annex Campus, Zone 1, Sitio Nierva, Brgy. Duran, Nabua, Camarines Sur;

We having the orientation and information drive conducted by personnel of

Public Safety Savings & Loan Association Inc. (PSSLAI) at about 10:00 AM of
October 19, 2023 held at TAGAPAGPATUPAD Multi-Purpose Building, Camp
BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City;

During the orientation and information drive, PSSLAI personnel insisted that
said PSSLAI Capital Contribution will be our savings and will only be deducted
after one (1) year;

During the application process in the PNP, we were not yet knowledgeable
and/or informed that Automatic Salary Deduction Scheme (ASDS) like PSSLAI
Capital Contribution is prohibited while on training;

We were oriented about NPTI Training Guide (Revised 2018) when we were
already in RTC5 during the 10-day breaking period;

Upon withdrawal of our January 2024 salary, we have noticed that there were
some deductions in our salary;

In behalf of PSBRC TC 5 Batch 2023-01 Class MABANAAG, we would like to

request for copies of our PNP Pay Slip for further verification;

We, also further request for representation of cancellation/stoppage of our

PSSLAI Capital Contribution;

We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to
apprise the proper authority/ies of the reason of the deduction from our Pay Slip
and for other legal purposes.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures on this 5th
