About the Company
Established in the year 2009, "E Square Switchgears" is one of the leading
company’s engaged in Manufacturing of ACB Panel, AMF Panel, RTCC Panel,
Change Over Panel, etc. Company committed to fabricating the best quality and
cost-effective products in the market with technical expertise and immense
knowledge. In order to achieve high standards in our products, we have developed
a streamlined quality management system in our entire business operation.
E SQUARE SWITCHGEARS is a group of technically qualified and
professionally competent electrical engineers having 30-35 years experience in
Design, Erection, commissioning, maintenance and supply of electrical equipment
specially sub- station with dexterity and required skill.

Company Nature of work is Manufacturing, Custom Designing Of Panels.

The CEO of the company is Mr. Sunil Anand, and there are 20-25 Employs in the
company and around 1-2 crores of annule turnover.
How Company Works
E Square Switchgears is a company that operates in the field of
electrical switchgear manufacturing.
First of all they got contract from the customers or from the different
organizations according to there requirement of the controls panels,
then company’s designing team design the panel prepare the Bill of
material(BOM) , then the engineer contact the customer which was
appointed by the HR for the project he tell about the cost of panel
and customer do changes according to there need and budget and
finalized the deal
After that Manufacturing team make the panel and then the
inspection team and engineer do check of the panel and then it
delivered to the customers.
What is a Control Panel
A cabinet which contains a collection of electrical
components designed to control and protect the motors
and equipment.
The selection of the component of the control panel is
mainly based on
1.Power Rating of the Equipment.
2. Incoming Supply
3. Explosion proof category
4. Application of the equipment
The main Components of Control Panels

I. Enclosure
II. Incomer with handle and shaft
III.Motor Protection switchgears devices
IV.Indicators
V. Push Buttons
VI.Metering devices
VII.Cables
VIII.Consumables
Enclosure

A control panel enclosure is a box or a

cabinet that is specially designed to
house a control panel. It keeps the
electrical components of a control panel
safe from external damage and
unauthorized access, which is suitable for
indoor and outdoor use.
Incomer(Isolator) with handle
and shaft
Isolator is a device that is used to disconnect a part of
a circuit/ power system when zero current is flowing
through it. It is also used to interrupt no load currents
as in case we have to disconnect a transformer on no
load.
Switchgears components

 Combination of electrical components like MCB, MCCB,

 Contractor, Over load Relay, Fuse, are used to control,
protect and isolate electrical equipment.
 The main function of these switch gear components are to
protect the electrical equipment in case of any faults occurred
in the system
My Department Of Work
 I do my training in the technical department where I appointed to work
under the technical engineer where I learn the company’s way of work I
work there as trainee there.
 Basically, I observe the SLD(single line diagram) of the electric control
panel and prepare the Bill of Material (BOM) in Microsoft Excel and
estimating the cost of the panel.

SLD of PDB
 Check the Control Panel are manufactured according to the Drawing of the
panel and if any fault there I noticed and tell to the engineer under whom I
working.

Pannel’s I checked
 I also sometime helped in the Inspection of the Panels with the engineer
come from the other company for the checking there Panel with the
technician .
What I Learnt

 A brief Knowledge about the manufacturing of the Electrical Control

panels.
 Assembling the various components of the Controls panels.
 Reading the single line diagram of the panels and preparing the Bill of
materials(BOM).
 Using the AutoCAD For the panel designing.
 Testing and the about inspection of the Electric control panels.
