Using Upwork Diary

IMPORTANT: Before you start please make sure that you are prepared for using Upwork to track your

Accessing Veeva applications

On Friday you should receive an email from us on your personal email, which is asking you to activate your
account on our single-sign-on system, Okta. Please complete this step until Monday morning.
If you don’t receive an email from Okta by Friday noon (Singapore Time/GMT+8), please let us know.
If you have difficulties with the activation, let us know in Upwork messages - we will reach out to our IT
department to help you.

The first two weeks

Please expect full training weeks: training days last approximately 8 hours from Monday to Friday (compensated
as normal working hours) - see the schedule below.

IMPORTANT: participating in the full training program is mandatory and there will be a Data Steward
Certification Test at the end of the second week (on a Friday), which you need to complete in order to be able to
work with us. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not able to attend the full training, as your start date
might be rescheduled so that you can successfully complete the training.

All training and coaching sessions will be highly interactive - with demonstrations and practice sessions, too.
Joining all training sessions with your camera ON is recommended.

The first meeting
On Monday, please join the below Zoom call at 9:55 am Singapore Time. (You may access this link for time
conversion: https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/). In this first call, we will present your detailed training schedule and
the plans for your first two weeks with us. You will also get introduced to Veeva and meet your fellow colleagues
starting on the same day.
