Learning Student’s will be able to:
Objectives:  Understand the benefits of two way communication
 Learn the factors in an effective communication.

Resources: Business Book by Peter Stimpson- 5th Edition

Starter activity: Day 1: What is meant by communication?


(3 mins) Day 2: Is feedback important?
Day 3: What is meant by two way communication?
Learning activity: Explanation and discussion of one and two way communication and pros
(30 mins) and cons of the both methods.
And explained the factors which will lead to better communication.

Differentiation: Listening and answering the queries of each student’s so their concepts
would be crystal clear.
Helping the slow learners and giving them a little bit of extra attention.

Plenary: Asking the students what two things they learnt today.
(5 mins)

Assessment Assessing the student’s performance by their involvement in the class


opportunities: discussions. And the homework that they are doing.

Home learning: Reading of relevant pages of the book and data response question to be
solved.

Day 3: What is a feedback?
Learning activity: Explanation and discussion of Verbal , written and visual communication
(30 mins) methods and discussing the pros and cons of each of them.
Teacher will be discussing the relevant Data response question.
