we're now looking for an exceptional Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist at Double, you will build educational materials and champion
learning initiatives for Executive Assistants. Our Executive Assistants are independent contractors who come to
Double to further their skillset in administrative support and who often work with multiple executives across varying
industries. You will design and manage a program for educational resources, own the new hire orientation process,
and provide support for product updates. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful, detail-oriented team player who
is eager to design scalable, engaging, creative content that will provide Double Executive Assistants with
unparalleled access to learning opportunities.

This is a full-time position reporting to our Manager of Business Operations in a fully remote-friendly environment.
You will also work in close contact with our Double Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. Applicants must reside
in the U.S.

What You Will Do

-Design, build, and manage a learning initiative program for Executive Assistants in our LMS, providing them with
tech tool resources, opportunities for skill development, and more!
-Analyze metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make modifications to meet
the changing needs of our EA community
-Facilitate a comprehensive Orientation program for Executive Assistant hires that prepares them for successful
collaboration with Double and with Double executives
