STARTUP EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACT

Parties

This STARTUP EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (“Contract”), made as of July 24, 2040, is by and
between Kyle Frets, CEO of Pumpkinavigation Ltd. (“Employer”) and Dianne Lois (“Employee”).

WHEREAS the Employee agrees to all the terms and conditions laid out in this Contract as a full-
time Email Marketer and promises to perform every obligation and task with all his or her skills
and abilities. The Employer acknowledges that the Employee’s skills and qualifications, which
will help him or her render services are enough to benefit the business and the Employer.

IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and mutual benefits written herein, the part

 Commencement Date and Term.


The Employee’s employment in this company shall commence on the 24th day of July 2040.

 Compensation.
The Employee will receive payment from the Employer monthly on the 10th day of each month. The
Employer will pay the Employee $29.00 USD every hour for all his or her services to the company. The
Employee is not entitled to receive payment from working overtime.

 Employee Benefits.
The Employee will receive 12 days of vacation leaves per annum and receive payment as required by the
state of law. Additionally, please refer to the Employer's Employee Handbook for more terms and
conditions about employee benefits.

 Work Location.
The Employee will perform his or her duties in 2351 Liberty Street, Dallas, TX 75201 or 4478 Rocket Drive,
Minneapolis, MN 55406.

 Time of Work.
The Employee must work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including breaks. However, the Employer may notify
the Employee to work outside his or her normal work hours for some necessary events.

 Termination.
The Employer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract upon the Employee's violation of any of its
terms. Upon termination, the Employee must return every company-owned property including but not
limited to laptops, computers, and phones. The Employee must reimburse any damaged or lost property
with the same market price of such property.
