PROCESS FLOW:
Clients needs to login the ADMINMAKER access to
edit the existing users and assign the additional
modules

ADMINCHECKER will approve the user ids that are


pending for approval

ADMINMAKER will assign the additional modules to


the account number

ADMINCHECKER will approve the user ids that are


pending for approval

1) Go to https://sbcdigibanker.securitybank.com/portal and login as System


Administrator Maker (ADMINMAKER / SYSTEMADMIN)

2) Kindly click the ADMINISTRATION


>User Maintenance > Create User

3) From the list of users below, click the EDIT icon

4) The below fields may be edited. Adminmaker may update user credentials.

5) Scroll down and go to Roles. On the Upper Box, click the newly availed module/s
and role. Once done, click Submit.

**Repeat the same process


for other users.

6) Changes made is now routed to System Administrator Checker for approval.

7) Go to https://sbcdigibanker.securitybank.com/portal and login as System Administrator


Checker (ADMINCHECKER / PWORDADMIN)

8) Once logged in, Click Administration > User Maintenance > Create User > Click on “?” of
updated user

9) Review user details. If all details are correct, you may now click “Approve” then ok.

**Repeat the same process to other


users.

10) Log in again as the ADMINMAKER / SYSTEMADMIN

11) Go to Administration > User Maintenance > Assign Accounts


Click the edit icon of the user/s you have amended earlier

12) At the right side of your screen, click on “Products”, then 2 boxes will appear.
On the left side box, click on newly availed module > Click Add > Submit then ok.

13) Log in again as the ADMINCHECKER / PWORDADMIN

14) Once logged in, Click on Administration > User Maintenance > Assign Accounts >
Click on “?” to updated users

15) Review if details are correct, then click Approve > ok.

**Repeat the same process to other users.

You have now completed setting up your Digibanker.


Processing of transactions for newly added module/s are now available and ready to
use.
You may also refer to user guide sent to you via email on how to do transactions in
Digibanker.
